Do you take outside items for embroidery?
Yes, on a limited basis! I prefer to source items for you whenever possible so I can ensure the quality and best embroidery results. Embroidery on customer-provided items starts at $20 per item and may increase depending on the size and complexity of the design.

Can I use my own logo or design?
Absolutely! Please complete the custom order form here.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is customized specifically for you, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item so I can review it and make it right.
